Returns & Exchanges Policy

At RSEA Safety Outlet, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your workwear and safety gear. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety labels and hardware tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
